It was in the village of Reshetylivka, in the Poltava region of Ukraine, that the unique embroidery technique of stitching white silk threads onto white fabric was born. The uniqueness of these embroidered earrings lies not only in their ornament but also in the intricate craftsmanship required to create them. This technique demands exceptional precision and patience — each pair is hand-embroidered by our artisans over the course of six hours.

The process involves several delicate stages. Before beginning, the craftswoman sketches the ornament on paper. Only then, through careful counting of the fabric’s threads, does the pattern emerge on the earrings. But even before that, the silk threads must be specially prepared to enhance their contrast and depth.
Remarkably, this refined technique remains exclusive to the Reshetylivka region and has not been mastered elsewhere.
